Sleep is one area that we find features a lot in the work that we do…so much so that we collaborated with The Sleep Charity (formerly the Children’s Sleep Charity) We now employ our own ‘Sleep Practitioner’ following their approach to sleep.
The benefits that a good quality night’s sleep can provide are seemingly endless. If your child struggles to get this good quality of sleep then this affects most aspects of their lives. This includes:
– Behaviour and responses
– Growth and development
– Learning and memory
– Emotional responses
– Physical health
Our sleep practitioner is able to deliver 1-1 support to you as a parent as well as exploring the world of sleep for your child via the Sleep Charity website.
